So I finished it in time for the expo, and even got the scabbard mostly done. I even got a brown belt and guitar strap for carrying it around with.
All done in time for the Expo last Saturday, which was amazing. I didn't have enough time to do all the detail on the scabbard, but I got most of it done. I plan on doing the rest of it over the next few weeks, so expect a totally finished sword and scabbard soon. I also took lots of photos as I progressed through this make so I plan on making a tutorial soon for anyone who's interested. I'm planning on doing it on instructables.com and posting a deviation showing it off as instructables will make it easier to show step by step instructions which will be easily managable. Comments and critiques are all welcome, enjoy. Comments Nice dude!!!!!

Critiques
We have all seen actual steel replica's of the master sword being sold on the internet. However those were built in big factories with lots of people. Awaken Benihime is just one man with a small workship and yet he was able to build a master sword which rivals all the master swords in the world!
The intricate design and all the details have been perfectly constructed to ensure the highest quality imaginable. Why he even made the scabbard as well to perfectly match the sword! The only small critique I have is when I held it, it was a tad on the heavy side and much larger than I had imagined, but none the less awaken benihime's handmade swords are ones of a strong inner core.
